Key Skills:
Routing and switching protocols:
- Knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, and RIP, and switching technologies like VLANs and spanning tree protocol.
Networking hardware:
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
Communication and documentation:
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with other engineers and documenting network configurations.
