Role Description This is an on‑site, full‑time role for an In‑House General Contractor based in Charlotte, NC. The General Contractor will oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing projects, supervising renovation tasks, coordinating construction work, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards. The contractor will also work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to achieve project goals efficiently. Qualifications Experience in General Contracting and Construction workflows Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and budget oversight Proficient in Construction Management, with expertise in supervising on‑site operations and ensuring compliance Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Renovation processes Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders Ability to identify and address potential risks while maintaining safety standards Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Must be a North Carolina licensed General Contractor and have 5 years of experience with luxury homes #J-18808-Ljbffr Falcon Development
