Part-Time Office Assistant

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join a manufacturer in Oxford, NC. This temp-to-hire opportunity serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Greet visitors, vendors, and guests; answer and route incoming calls and messages. Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain organized physical and digital files, records, and office documentation. Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents. Order and maintain office, break room, and production supplies; coordinate with vendors on pricing and deliveries. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Provide data entry and administrative support to HR, Accounting, Production, and other departments. Support Shipping & Receiving with paperwork, shipment documentation, and coverage as needed. Serve as the on-site support contact for the remote HR Manager, assisting with new hire paperwork, employee documentation, interviews, postings, and other HR activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and common areas. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or office administration training is a plus. 3+ years of office, administrative, or receptionist experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard office equipment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Comfortable spending occasional time on the manufacturing floor to deliver documents or supplies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
