Studio Host & Production Assistant

Make people feel welcome. Help make great content. You're good with people, have an eye for content, and enjoy being where things are happening. You can put a guest at ease, help prepare a set, and notice the detail that makes the next shoot run more smoothly. MarketScale is hiring two part-time Studio Hosts & Production Assistants to bring that combination to our HQ studios. You'll work alongside our production and client teams to create a studio experience people remember-from the first welcome to the final photo. Expect a mix of hospitality, creative work, production support, and practical problem-solving. This role is designed for someone who specifically wants part-time work. You'll work approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts scheduled around productions. It could fit alongside another job, school, freelance work, or your own creative projects. Your background might be in hospitality, retail, events, or media. You may already create social content, shoot and edit videos, take photographs, or help others look comfortable on camera. Formal production training isn't required. We value creative instincts, practical experience, and the ability to learn. Show us what you've made, how you work with people, and what you can contribute. The work includes: Hosting guests. Welcome visitors, support check-in, coordinate arrivals, and handle the logistics that help everyone feel expected and looked after. Bringing the studios to life. Give engaging tours, answer questions about MarketScale, and connect what happens here to the work our clients do. Helping guests feel ready. Offer encouragement and simple on-camera guidance. Assist with light touch-ups when needed. Know when to bring energy and when to give someone a moment. Supporting production. Help with microphones, lighting, cables, chairs, camera placement, and basic audio and video tasks under the production team's direction. Preparing the space. Set up green rooms and waiting areas, assist with set design and build, and help reset between sessions. Finishing the experience well. Coordinate photos, gifts, and the thoughtful details that leave a good impression. You'll do well here if you're personable, dependable, curious, and attentive. You're comfortable starting a conversation and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves. You take equipment, schedules, and people seriously—and bring some personality to the day. Success is easy to recognize: guests feel comfortable, the crew has useful support, and the studio is ready for what’s next. Bring your creativity, your people skills, and your follow-through. There's good work to make here. #J-18808-Ljbffr MarketScale, Inc.
