Once you are established, you will move onto a hybrid pattern of three days on site and two from home. This company is a global manufacturer operating across several countries, where developing people is written into how they operate rather than being something they talk about - you will be trained properly, given real responsibility early, and promoted as you earn it. The site itself is modern, clean and high-tech, with a close-knit team. In the role you will handle day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, employee records, documentation and first-line queries from the site. You will work within ADP Workforce Now day to day, and act as the backup for both payroll and benefits, which means you will be trained properly on each rather than simply covering. As your first year progresses you will be brought into the wider generalist remit, taking on more of the function as your knowledge builds. This role would suit an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or HR Assistant with ADP Workforce Now experience, looking for serious training, a defined step up to Generalist and a long-term route into management.
