Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week (Approx. 30–34 hrs/week). No weekends!
- Mon/Thu/Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tue: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wed: Enjoy your mid-week break!
- Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be front and center in changing patients' lives:
- Hands-On Care: Change wires, place elastics/powerchains, place separators, fit bands, prepare teeth for appliances (prophy, etch, primer), and assist with bonding appliances/braces.
- Patient Champion: Educate patients on oral hygiene, clear aligners (Invisalign), and appliance care.
- High-Tech Magic: Snap digital photos, take CBCT scans (with Anatomage reconstructions), and capture digital models with iTero scanners (plus classic alginate impressions when needed).
- Behind-the-Scenes Hero: Track treatment in Ortho2 Edge, keep instruments sterilized, and maintain clinical inventory.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t just show up to work - you bring positive energy and love connecting with people.
- Experience: 1+ years of Ortho Assisting required (2+ years preferred).
- Certifications: X-Ray Certification is required. Dental Assisting Cert is a plus, but we are always willing to train the right personality!
- Vibe Check: You are dependable, collaborative, eager to learn, and passionate about giving patients an unforgettable experience.
