Registered Nurse NICU

$3182.40/week –

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for neonates and their families. This position involves floating to various neonatal units and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced neonatal care to infants, including newborn rounds and attending deliveries.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient conditions and treatments in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Float across NICU, nursery, pediatrics, and PICU with neonates, adapting to varied clinical settings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
• Communicate effectively with patients’ families and multidisciplinary teams regarding care plans and updates.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active AHA BLS and NRP certification; STABLE and RNC-NIC certifications preferred.
• Possess at least 2 years of NICU Level III experience.
• Demonstrate previous experience in a teaching facility with large bed counts.
• Have recent EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years.
• Bring experience floating across NICU, mother/baby, nursery, or pediatric units.
• Must have reliable transportation, personal or rental vehicle, with all-season or snow tires from November through April.
