Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a direct impact on student growth and success by supporting K–12 learners throughout a district near Bellows Falls, VT. This contract opportunity spans four school buildings and involves working part-time, two days per week, during the academic year from August 26, 2026, to June 14, 2027.

As a Physical Therapist for this district-wide role, you’ll be a vital partner in helping students achieve their full physical potential, collaborating with educators and staff across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Every day, your expertise will make a difference for students managing a variety of abilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Vermont Physical Therapist certificate required
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong skills in communication, time management, and collaboration
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners from kindergarten through high school

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students in K–12 across multiple school buildings
• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and document progress notes as required
• Maintain compliance with all state and district guidelines for school-based PT services
