Product Support Specialist - Accounting & ERP (GL/Payroll)

NISC is hiring a FIS Product Support Specialist II to join our Product Support Team. You will work with utilities across the country to troubleshoot the GL, payroll, and inventory modules of the FIS Accounting System and translate complex financial processes into clear customer guidance. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical support, SaaS experience, and strong communication skills.
