Hours : Monday through Friday: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm  or 8:00 am- 5:30 pm (Alternating shifts)

Responsibilities 
As an School Operations Manager you will be given the tools, resources, and training to assist the School Director with the following responsibilities:

• Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships 
• Provide classroom coverage as needed, serving as a substitute teacher when regular teaching staff are absent, on break, attending training, or when additional classroom support is required. 
• Oversee the School-Age Program, including supervising children, supporting daily activities, maintaining safety and ratios, and driving the school bus/van for school pick-up, drop-off, and field trips as needed. 
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support the Director and Assistant Director in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized school environment, including assisting with safety procedures, supervision, emergency preparedness, and daily operational needs. 
• Management of childcare operations, from scheduling to documentation, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping 
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.;
• Support and lead new company initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree preferred
• Assistant Director Qualified strongly preferred
• Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, and School Age certification strongly preferred.
