Director, Health Equity Strategy & Partnerships
Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
Sanofi US is seeking a Director of Health Equity Strategy in Washington DC to lead strategic health equity initiatives across the organization. You will partner with Corporate Affairs, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to address systemic barriers and advance health equity using emerging technologies, including AI. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on measurable impact.
