This Recruiter will own the recruiting process independently, demonstrating organization and speed in a high-volume setting, with a focus on speed, organization, and execution. ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume recruiting activities, including calling, screening, calendaring, and attending on-site interview days.
Coordinate the interview process by gathering client feedback and ensuring timely communication.
Support the hiring process for roles across corporate and manufacturing settings.
Drive the workflow independently while collaborating with onsite HR and supporting recruiters remotely.
Utilize organizational skills and high-volume experience to meet urgent staffing needs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Mid-large size company experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate fast-paced, high-volume hiring efforts.
