Data Entry & Translator

This position supports communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees while providing administrative and data support in a manufacturing environment. This position combines interpretation, translation, reporting, and administrative responsibilities to help ensure efficient daily operations. Translation & Interpretation Provide Japanese-English interpretation during meetings and daily operations. Translate technical, business, and general documents. Assist Japanese expatriates with relocation and daily life support, including government documentation, housing, banking, medical appointments, and other administrative needs. Support visitors, meetings, and company events requiring bilingual communication. Administrative & Data Support Prepare and maintain production, inventory, quality, and operational reports. Perform data entry, verify data accuracy, and maintain records. Assist with inventory, budgeting, and general administrative reporting. Organize and maintain company documents and files. Support continuous improvement initiatives and other administrative projects as assigned. Qualifications Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Experience Previous experience in translation and interpretation.
