As a Security Supervisor– Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities of the Surveillance Security Supervisor

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Site inspections
• Daily check-ins

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Must be able to obtain a Level 2 license if needed
• Strong report-writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Valid Driver's License with no restriction B
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with no restriction B and a clean driving record
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
• Computer Skills/ Social Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry)
• Must have served for at least 1 year in a reputable security firm in a similar capacity.
• Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and under pressure
• Preferred WinTeam experience but not required
