Manage full-cycle recruitment for Director & VP-level roles. Partner with hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy. Build executive talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques. Screen, interview, and assess candidates. Coordinate offers, negotiations, and hiring activities. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track hiring activity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency staffing. Strong executive sourcing and stakeholder management experience. Experience with ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
