Job Overview

Dukes Trenchless Sewer and Drain is a growing, locally owned plumbing company serving the Greater Sacramento area. We specialize in sewer and drain services, including trenchless sewer repair. We’re looking for a Plumbing Technician with basic experience who is motivated to learn, improve their skills, and grow long-term with our company.

This position is ideal for someone who already has hands-on plumbing or drain experience and wants training, stability, and a clear path for advancement in a small, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential sewer and drain services, including drain cleaning and basic repairs
• Assist with and learn hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and trenchless sewer work
• Diagnose plumbing and drain issues under guidance from experienced technicians
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain services clearly
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work vehicle
• Follow safety procedures and California plumbing codes
• Complete job documentation and service reports
• Represent Dukes Trenchless professionally at all job sites

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ year of plumbing, sewer, or drain experience
• Basic knowledge of residential plumbing or drain systems
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Drain cleaning experience
• Sewer camera or hydro jetting experience
• Trenchless sewer repair and replacement
