We are seeking movers and packers to professionally pack homes and commercial spaces after a major catastrophe such as a fire, flood, mold, vandalism or hoarder. Our moving/packing technicians need to have strong packing communication skills as they interact directly with homeowners and business owners daily./ppThe Position:/pulliPack, move and unpack personal items from a home or business/liliInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project./liliSupervising crew members on a jobsite/liliUse moving equipment packing materials/liliMove boxes and furniture onto trailers to enable cleanup of property./liliUnload trailers and ensure proper placement of items in the warehouse./liliProperly document items during the pack-out process/liliGeneral on-location cleaning/liliSpecialized cleaning at the warehouse/liliBe respectful of customers home, time, and property/liliPerform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance./liliDrive operate large box truck (CDL not required)/liliForklift experience a plus/liliWarehouse knowledge of wood vaults/racking palletizing/liliFlexible schedule to work some nights or extended hours/liliStrong organizational skills/liliStrong problem-solving prompt decision-making ability/liliTime management ability to meet deadlines/liliMust possess an understanding of Microsoft office, Google suite functions, and CRM programs./liliMaintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance./li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliBe exposed to various indoor outdoor working conditions; change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating/liliStand, walk, lift, squat, crawl crouching required/liliOn occasion, moving/carrying construction materials and supplies weighing in excess of 50 pounds./liliUse of ladders will be required for cleaning structures above ground level/li/ulpCompensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour/ppBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
