• 1+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends is required 
• A solid understanding of Beer Garden cuisine, including sauces, cooking techniques, and ingredient preparations
• A positive team-oriented attitude with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
