What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards
• Conduct therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive device training
• Adjust treatments based on patient progress and outcomes
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Document all services accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and compliance activities
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, students, and rehab aides as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Oklahoma OT licensure
• 1+ year of clinical experience in occupational therapy
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and assessment tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care settings
• Additional certifications related to aging or physical rehabilitation
