We Are Hiring: Supply Planning Analyst
Contract Duration - 12 months/w2
We are looking for an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to support inventory planning, material forecasting, procurement coordination, and supply chain optimization within a large-scale utility environment.
Key Requirements
✔ 5+ years of Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Inventory Planning, or related experience
✔ Hands-on experience with SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) or other MRP systems
✔ Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Formulas & Data Analysis
- Excel Shortcut Keys
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
✔ Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams
Preferred Qualifications
✔ APICS CPIM Certification
✔ Experience with SAP APO, Oracle Demand Planning, or similar planning tools
✔ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
✔ Master's Degree in a related field
What You'll Do
- Manage supply planning activities across multiple material categories
- Review purchase requisitions and coordinate stock transfers
- Support inventory optimization and forecasting initiatives
- Analyze supply risks and material shortages
- Maintain SAP planning parameters and inventory targets
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
