Asc Manager Financial Management

This position will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and engaging with the customer on the NGG contract. Primary responsibilities Providing ongoing, sound financial leadership to the program execution and proposal teams Meeting financial reporting requirements to internal and external customers Earned value/cost management, budget development, and analyses Ensuring proper application and compliance with financial policies and procedures This position requires the ability to perform across multiple contracts with complex contract structures in a dynamic environment and includes responsibility for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Direct customer and DCMA interaction is also part of this role. Security Clearance Requirement: This position requires a Top Secret clearance and US citizenship. Basic Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and processes and their implementation, or equivalent cost management tools Experience with internal and external financial reporting requirements and monthly business rhythms Proven leadership in managing, motivating, and mentoring a diverse team Desired Skills Demonstrated ability to manage many projects/tasks concurrently Experience managing business operations on large government contracts of various types Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field 5+ years of related finance experience Currently active Top Secret clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.
