Quality Control Technician Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team at Bev-Hub in Manhattan, KS, USA. As part of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our beverage manufacturing and co-packing services. Responsibilities Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials, products, and equipment to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements Develop and implement efficient and effective quality control procedures to meet customer and regulatory demands Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D to identify and resolve quality issues Conduct investigations and root cause analyses to identify and resolve quality defects and process improvements Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control checks, testing, and results Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other regulatory requirements Participate in process optimization and improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (placeholder for degree level) Minimum [X] years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field (placeholder for years of experience) Strong understanding of quality control principles, GMPs, and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records About the Role As a Quality Control Technician at Bev-Hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
