You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.DC Supervisor, ReceivingHours: 5a-1:30p plus OT as needed* Responsible for supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant and efficient warehousing services, including storage of materials and repairs and maintenance of equipment, to achieve daily objectives as part of the established plan.* Coordinates warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution and component part support, and supports compliance tasks.* Ensures the safe and proper storage of materials within delegation of responsibility.* Provides daily supervision to a team of direct reports and delivers basic skills training, coaching and mentoring.* Schedules repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts, and assists in developing replenishment plans for equipment.* Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements* Regular and reliable attendance* Other duties as assigned## At Ferguson, we care for each other.
