You will report to the BDC Manager for this onsite position. Responsibilities: The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator develops, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership. Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions. Use computer and phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention. Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers. Qualifications: Present information Manage your time Computer experience Basic phone experience Est. Annual Compensation: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and location. You will be eligible for a variety of benefits.
