About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for the Office of the COO. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the COO, responsible for translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring their execution, accountability, and alignment across the organization. This role is pivotal at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and leadership, requiring a strong problem solver and project leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively move complex initiatives forward across multiple teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include leading cross-functional initiatives, tracking commitments, and deliverables, and proactively identifying and managing risks. The role demands a high level of analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, as well as the ability to prepare executive communications, and presentations, and facilitate various strategic and operational meetings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5-8+ years of experience in a highly analytical and execution-focused environment, and a proven track record of leading complex projects. They should be highly accountable, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
