As they enter their next phase of growth, they are seeking a highly driven Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the CEO and executive leadership team. This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role focused on coordination and administration. This is a builder and operator role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants a front-row seat to scaling a category-defining company. Position Overview The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping drive execution across company-wide initiatives, operations, growth strategy, fundraising efforts, partnerships, and organizational scaling. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the trenches, someone who can move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution while helping create the systems, processes, and alignment necessary for sustainable growth. Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities Drive execution of key business objectives across multiple functional areas Support company growth initiatives, operational planning, and scaling efforts Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and organizational effectiveness Prepare investor presentations, fundraising materials, and board reporting packages Assist with executive communications and strategic messaging Support leadership team planning, goal tracking, and accountability initiatives Coordinate high-priority projects across technical, operational, and commercial teams Ensure alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams Remove roadblocks and drive projects from concept through completion Support strategic partnerships and enterprise customer relationships Assist in developing operational frameworks and scalable business processes Contribute to organizational planning and growth initiatives Partner with leadership on recruiting and talent acquisition efforts Help build and scale organizational infrastructure as the company grows Support initiatives that strengthen culture, communication, and team effectiveness Exceptional organizational and project management skills Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Highly proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution Interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and high-growth environments Startup or high-growth companies Management consulting Venture capital or private equity Healthcare, life sciences, or biotechnology Artificial Intelligence or technology organizations Business operations, strategy, or executive leadership support Why This Opportunity?
