Work Environment\n

This role is set in a remote outpatient office environment, offering therapists the flexibility to create their ideal workspace while ensuring a high standard of care is maintained. Our schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some required flexibility to accommodate client needs. Therapists will have access to advanced telehealth technology and support, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, synthesizing information to tailor individualized treatment plans that effectively address each client's needs.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven methods to provide high-quality mental health support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and optimize outcomes for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the enhancement of service delivery and the quality of care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues, available treatment options, and local resources.

• Stay informed of current research and advancements in mental health, integrating new findings into practice to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

• Strong understanding and application of solution-based therapeutic interventions, with a commitment to personalized care that meets individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and effectively engage clients in the therapeutic process.
