The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef Bilingual Spanish will oversee multiple kitchen locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across all sites. This role requires strong leadership to manage staff, maintain high food quality standards, and comply with safety regulations while managing budgets effectively. Bilingual Spanish skills are essential to support diverse teams and foster clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple locations
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce waste
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities and schedules
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage budgets and control operational costs
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in culinary management
