Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay Range: $850 – $1,100 per day (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver comprehensive clinical care and build lasting relationships rooted in trust. Your core responsibilities will include:

Clinical Excellence & Patient Care:

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, oral surgery, and prosthodontic procedures.

• Conduct thorough comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and formulate individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Deliver emergency dental care and pain management as needed.

Team Collaboration & Practice Standards:

• Partner closely with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient, comfortable, and high-standard patient care.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation within our practice management system.

• Strictly adhere to CDC, OSHA, and infection control guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

• Engage warmly with patients to educate them on treatment options, encouraging informed decision-making and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.

• Valid Tennessee Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one via reciprocity/licensure).

• Active DEA license and malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, empathetic chairside manner.

• All experience levels are welcome to apply! We offer an excellent onboarding experience and mentorship for recent graduates, as well as relocation support for out-of-state clinicians.
