Job Description

Potential 3 and 4 day work weeks
A successful Skilled Nursing Facilities practice
Hiring Nurse Practitioners
New Grads welcome (with previous RN experience)
This group manages Skilled Nursing Facilities
The position is full-time and a Permanent role (not locum)
Job consists of seeing patients in multiple local SNF's
There are great schedules offered and minimal phone call
Providers travel to a couple local sites per day (3-4) (SNF/LTAC/ALF/ILF)
