The concept leans more modern and trendy than ultra-formal fine dining - think vibrant dining rooms, strong music and energy, elevated food and cocktails, and a guest experience that feels still feels polished. What We’re Looking For Strong General Manager experience within elevated, trendy, high-volume restaurant concepts Background from modern hospitality groups or high-energy lifestyle-driven concepts Deep understanding of hospitality, guest recognition, and relationship-building Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktail culture Someone naturally sociable who can connect with guests, staff, and VIP clientele alike Experience overseeing events, buyouts, cocktail parties, and private dining Demonstrated stability in previous roles is essential, with a preference for candidates who have maintained long-term tenure of 3–5 years with past employers What You’ll Be Doing Leading the launch of the venue alongside ownership and operations leadership Running high-energy FOH operations and setting the tone for service standardsBuilding strong guest relationships and creating a regular clientele base Leading and mentoring FOH management and hourly teams Overseeing service execution for both nightly operations and corporate/private events Managing cocktail-style receptions, seated dinners, and high-volume hospitality moments Partnering closely with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure seamless execution Creating a culture centered around hospitality, energy, and personality Being highly visible in the operation and leading from the floor during service #J-18808-Ljbffr COREcruitment Ltd
