By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.**THE STARTING RATE:** $20.00**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you interact with our guests* Ensure guest safety by rendering appropriate first aid to injured persons and following established protocol for reporting injuries* Enjoy working while being a part of our amazing team and interact with guests from all over the world* Being the highlight of our guests’ experience while taking in all that MGM Resorts Properties have to offer**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Has at least 1 year of customer service experience in previous roles.* Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience* Previous experience working in a similar resort setting* Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve them with a positive outcome.* Providing a high level of service when our guest needs it the most.* Emphasis on good character while performing their day-to-day responsibilities.* Detail-orientated and able to make sound decisions in stressful situations with the support of leadership.* Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
