Role Description The Fractional Talent Partner / Recruiter is a contract, on-site role based in Greater Boston, focused on building and scaling Crackle PR’s senior-level talent bench. In this role, the individual will manage full-cycle recruitment for PR and communications professionals, from sourcing and outreach to screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing role profiles with leadership, creating and executing targeted search strategies, and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates in key B2B tech PR disciplines. The role also involves refining recruitment processes, managing candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning for fractional and project-based engagements. This position collaborates closely with senior leaders to ensure talent needs are anticipated and filled efficiently while upholding Crackle PR’s high standards for expertise and culture fit. Qualifications Experience in recruiting for PR, communications, or marketing roles, preferably in B2B tech or agency environments. Demonstrated strength in sourcing senior talent through multiple channels (networking, referrals, platforms, and targeted outreach). Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including role scoping, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner closely with leadership and hiring managers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear candidate communication and structured feedback. Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing pipelines, tracking candidate progress, and optimizing workflows. Comfort working in a fast-moving, outcomes-focused environment with senior-level professionals. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and basic data-driven hiring metrics. Prior experience as an in-house recruiter, agency recruiter, or talent partner; background in PR or B2B tech is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
