About the Role:
Carmona Medical Care Inc is looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Cape Coral, FL. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner in both English and Spanish
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk calendar
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays at time of service
• Maintain and update accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Communicate effectively between patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and correspondence with professionalism and empathy
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and medical documentation

Requirements:

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
• Prior experience in a medical front desk, receptionist, or healthcare administrative role preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification, and EHR systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
• Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical administrative certification a plus
