This position is responsible for coordinating the gathering, development, and documentation of user requirements; the review, assessment, and development of business processes; the validation of user acceptance testing; the performance of post-implementation support of systems; and research and special project support provided to users. Work also includes planning, developing and implementing Regulatory Services Division (RSD) program initiatives and action plans, providing consultative services and technical assistance to statewide program management staff, governmental agencies, community organizations, and/or the general public. Essential Job Functions (EJFs): Oversees the development and implementation of effective techniques for evaluating RSD IT operations and business process; identifies the needs for improvement in RSD operations; and provides guidance to staff in the development and integration of new methods and procedures.
