Primary Activities Effectively manage multiple projects and changing priorities Adhere to planned schedules and deadlines Use clear, detailed written and oral communication with staff, customers, and vendors Partner with team members, both internally and externally, to drive results Define project timeline, work with customers and team members to set clear expectations Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders Responsible for setting the tone and maintaining IGI quality expectations Lead project kickoff meetings and provide updates at weekly stand-up meetings Identify problem areas and spearhead resolutions Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Demonstrate effective time management and attention to detail Willingness to be very hands-on with installation and service related work as needed Qualifications Formal educational degree in project management, engineering or related industry 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager in hardware technology or construction industry Understanding of revenue, cost, margins and maintaining a project budget Demonstrated leadership Experience using project management software is beneficial 2 years’ installation and service experience beneficial Understand AV system functionality and the installation process is beneficial Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States on a full-time basis Valid driving license and clean driving record Must be within commuting distance from IGI Commerce MI headquarters office CERTIFICATIONS: PMP is beneficial CTS is beneficial TRAVEL: Some travel is required. WORK HOURS: Normal work hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. PAY: Salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. Additional Information IGI focuses primarily on three key segments of the AV space: 1) Advanced Visualization, 2) Advanced Audio-Visual Integration, and 3) Corporate AV Integration. Advanced Visualization projects involve the design, engineering, fabrication and building of large scale, high-resolution visualization systems for the Fortune 50 and U.S. Military. These technology solutions include PowerWalls, virtual reality (VR) Rooms, and immersive stereo/3D technologies including motion capture labs. Advanced Audio-Visual Integrations projects consist of large dvLED video wall solutions, control rooms, and other complex, sophisticated solutions. IGI's Corporate AV systems provide users with the collaboration tools necessary to succeed in today’s ever evolving technological environment.
