QC Associate Scientist - CMC Analytical - Weekend Shift

LGC Group seeks a QC Associate Scientist for weekend analytical work in their Petaluma manufacturing facility. The role involves instrument operation, method development, and quality control testing using chromatography and related techniques to support product release and stability studies.
Responsibilities
- Configure analytical instruments, monitor test sequences, and generate quality data
- Troubleshoot instrument issues, perform maintenance, and deliver timely results
- Execute routine and stability testing protocols with focus on continuous improvement
- Maintain GMP quality processes and verify analytical accuracy and precision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years laboratory experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with HPLC, LC-MS/MS, or GC-MS instrumentation
- Strong organic and analytical chemistry knowledge
- cGMP and 21 CFR Part 210/211 compliance familiarity
- Experience with size exclusion, ion exchange, or reverse phase chromatography preferred
Compensation: $28.12 - $43.19 hourly
