Job Description Description Position: Technical Product Owner, CMS Interoperability and EMR Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience (3+ years) in technical product owner or a similar role with several years' in an analysis role. Strong understanding of software development principles, architectures, and best practices. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Deep knowledge of CMS 9115 Patient Access API and CMS 0057 CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization in the healthcare and health insurance arenas. Ability to read and understand HL7 FHIR implementation guidelines to ensure the products being developed comply accordingly. Ability to analyze data, manage risks, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
