Entry-Level Mechanical Assemblers - Now Hiring!! Maple Grove / Dayton, MN

Ready to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We're hiring Mechanical Assemblers to help build custom cooling and industrial equipment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly experience or anyone who enjoys working with tools and fixing, building, or putting things together.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: Mon-Thurs 5:30 AM-3:00 PM, Fri 5:30 AM-10:00 AM

$22/hr

2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 2:00 PM-1:30 AM

$24/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble mechanical parts and components
• Use hand and power tools daily
• Follow drawings, instructions, and blueprints
• Package finished products and move materials as needed
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Learn new skills and assist in different areas of production

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, or a similar hands-on environment preferred
• Candidates with technical school training or mechanical hobbies encouraged to apply
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN 55369.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
