This opportunity offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules, working with a manageable caseload of approximately 50 children near Martinez, CA. As a valued member of the educational team, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to help students advance their communication skills and reach their highest potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
• Prior experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students’ speech and language needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to a diverse group of elementary students
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on communication disorders
