Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Martinez, CA

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll provide critical services to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary-aged students. Desired Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member Your Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Deliver engaging direct therapy, both individual and group, to foster language development and communication skills Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students academic and social success Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and legal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Step into this rewarding role where youll empower elementary students to find their voices and reach their full potential.
