Regional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Role: Regional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing speech therapy services across multiple special education sites in Grades K-12. Key Responsibilities Evaluate students to identify speech-language needs and develop individualized intervention plans. Implement evidence-based therapy strategies to enhance communication, articulation, and language skills. Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to set goals and monitor progress. Attend IEP meetings, document sessions, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Provide clinical support, mentor staff, and oversee service quality across locations. Conduct assessments, share insights, and contribute to program development. Travel between sites and participate in regional meetings and professional development. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in speech pathology or related field. Current or pending SLP licensure; CA special education credential preferred. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including behavioral and developmental disabilities. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Proficiency with technology and documentation tools.
