Senior Accountant

Company headquartered in the King of Prussia area is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to be a key member of the Corporate Accounting team. This is a highly visible role that will work closely with the Founder, CFO, and Operations and get involved in a wide variety of duties. This role is great for a sharp go-getter who wants to advance their career under tremendous mentors!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the monthly close and reporting process in accordance with GAAP Prepare and/or review journal entries and account reconciliations Perform accounting research to determine proper classification and recording of transactions Track budgets to actuals monthly, analyzing and researching discrepancies Lead the forecasting process Identify ways to create efficiencies or automate processes Perform detailed analysis of accounts to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Facilitate annual audits, providing documentation, support, and explanations Participate in special projectsREQUIREMENTS:
BS in Accounting; CPA or CPA track 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience Experience in public accounting is highly desired Self-starter with the desire to learn and advance This role is 5 days on-site 8:30am-5:30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr SolomonEdwardsVacancy posted 2 days ago
