Senior Administrative Assistant

BKV Corporation (NYSE: BKV) is looking for an Administrative Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant in Denver or Houston to support the SVP of dCarbon Ventures, our carbon capture business unit.

If you've worked in energy — especially CCUS, upstream, or midstream — keep reading. This role sits at the center of one of the most active carbon capture platforms in the country.

I'll be direct about what this role is and isn't.

This is: → Managing a busy executive calendar — and managing the constant changes that come with it → Coordinating travel, rebooking travel, and coordinating travel again → Processing expenses, preparing meeting materials, and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly → Making decisions when your executive is unavailable — and getting them right → Being in the Denver office three days a week as a reliable, steady presence

This isn't: → A heavy project management role → A role where you'll be bored — the pace is real, the changes are constant, and the work matters

What you bring: ✅ 5+ years supporting a senior executive ✅ Energy industry experience (CCUS, upstream, midstream, or power preferred) ✅ You don't get rattled when the calendar changes for the third time before lunch ✅ Strong judgment — you know when to act and when to escalate ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking tools ✅ Discretion, reliability, and the kind of trust that's earned over time

A plus if you:

⭐ Understand CCUS industry standards, regulatory landscape, and market trends ⭐ Have supported an executive at a publicly traded company

Denver, CO or Houston, TX | Hybrid (3 days in-office)

$75K–$105K base (experience-dependent) + 15% bonus target
