In this role, you'll lead by example, drive membership sales, set clear goals and expectations, and coach and develop your team to reach their full potential. You'll track sales performance, create strategies to increase results, and ensure the team stays focused and accountable to their goals.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who is motivated, hardworking, results-driven, and a true team player. If you enjoy developing others, building relationships, and creating a strong sales culture, we want you on our team.
