Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Abilene, TX 
Salary: $120,000–$130,000/year
Bonus: 15% annual bonus
Relocation: Available

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced **HR Business Partner** to support employees and plant leadership in a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner while also managing day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, retention, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with plant leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
* Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
* Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives from start to finish.
* Mentor and support junior HR team members.
* Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
* Develop and improve HR procedures and SOPs.
* Build strong relationships with employees, leadership, and other stakeholders.
* Support strategic HR planning and implementation.
* Monitor HR metrics and use data to improve processes and employee outcomes.
* Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Must-Have Qualifications
* Experience in a **Generalist HR / HR Business Partner** role.
* Manufacturing or plant environment experience.
* Experience supporting **plant leaders and employees**.
* Strong experience with **recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention**.
* Experience with HR process improvement and project leadership.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work **onsite in Abilene, TX**.
