Dispatcher Pay: $17.34-$17.34/ hourly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. We are looking for a reliable dispatcher part of the parking operations in assisting Shift Managers in the day-to-day operations. They are, in some cases, the only voice our customers may hear. Answer the telephone, assist customers and employees over the intercom at all locations. Complete daily shift log, keep an accurate record of events and issues for the entire shift. Verify LPI's and reductions. Generate various reports, control gate arms and signs throughout parking facility. Log and track any Mavis problems and perform Employee transponder duties. Issue zip passes to airport employees. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support All other duties may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. 1 years' experience in customer service industry. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
