We're growing, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us. We manage paid search and paid social campaigns for homebuilders across North America, and we need someone who can build and maintain the technical backbone that makes our data trustworthy: tagging, tracking, and the integrations connecting our ad platforms, CRM, and reporting tools.

This is a fully remote position. You can work from anywhere in the US.

The Opportunity

This starts as a mid-level role because that's genuinely where the immediate need is, but the position is built to grow as our tech stack and partners do. Where this starts is real, hands-on work in Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking. Where it goes depends on you. Within your first year, expect more ownership over how tracking infrastructure evolves, not just tickets to close. Longer term, this could mean a bigger seat in platform decisions, a hand in shaping how we use AI and automation in marketing ops, or leading a small technical team if our needs keep expanding the way they have been.

What You'll Do

• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking across ad platforms
• Configure server-side event tracking (Meta CAPI and similar)
• Diagnose tracking gaps and data quality issues
• Build and maintain CRM-to-ad-platform integrations
• Audit and technical build out during new client onboarding, and QA setups before launch
• Document tracking setups and best practices for the team's shared reference
• Stay ahead of platform changes (Meta CAPI, GA4, iOS and consent updates) and flag impacts early

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of hands-on marketing technology experience
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking across GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta, and Bing
• Some exposure to server-side tracking or Meta CAPI, or a strong willingness to get fluent fast
• Experience with at least one CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and connecting CRM data to ad platforms
• Comfort managing tracking across multiple client accounts at once
• A troubleshooting mindset. You like figuring out why something's broken.
• A four-year degree, or a track record that speaks for itself
