Payrate: $26.00 - $30.00/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a detail-driven and proactive Supply Chain Purchasing Specialist to join our aviation team in Peachtree City, GA . In this critical role, you’ll ensure the seamless procurement and availability of aircraft spare parts, directly supporting the performance and safety of aviation operations. Your work will keep aircraft flying and customers satisfied.

* What You’ll Do: *

• Procurement & Fulfillment : Create timely and accurate purchase orders, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.

• Supplier Coordination : Follow up on confirmations, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines.

• Data Accuracy : Maintain precise order details—price, quantity, certifications—to prevent delays.

• Stakeholder Communication : Keep internal and external teams informed of order status and changes.

• System Management : Update SAP and other tools with real-time procurement data.

• Issue Resolution : Address supplier discrepancies and quality issues through effective collaboration.

• Process Optimization : Use IT systems to streamline workflows and suggest improvements.

• Compliance & Culture : Uphold company values, ethics, and quality standards while contributing to a positive, safety-conscious work environment.

*What You Bring: *

Required:

• 2+ of experience in Supply Management AND Purchasing Operations .

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (intermediate level or higher).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical activity as needed.

Preferred:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Familiarity with aviation or aerospace supply chains.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
