NetSuite Platform Manager - Dallas, Texas

Overview The NetSuite Platform Manager will serve as the primary ERP leader and is responsible for the overall ownership, performance, governance, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This hands‑on role combines strategic leadership, functional business partnership, technical oversight, and team management to ensure NetSuite supports financial operations, supply chain, project management, reporting, and enterprise‑wide integrations. Responsibilities Own the NetSuite ERP roadmap, governance framework, and long‑term strategy Partner with executives and functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions Drive continuous improvement across finance, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, inventory, and reporting Ensure NetSuite architecture aligns with enterprise IT standards and data governance policies Lead system consolidation for acquired companies into the company’s IT infrastructure Oversee NetSuite configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, roles, and permissions Manage releases, upgrades, enhancements, and system performance optimization Evaluate, implement, and govern third‑party integrations Ensure system reliability, security compliance, and internal controls (SOX preferred, if applicable) Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems and SaaS apps Collaborate with IT infrastructure, data engineering, and security to maintain interoperability Support data integrity, master data governance, and reporting accuracy Lead and mentor NetSuite developers; manage partners and third‑party vendors Oversee related budgets, roadmaps, and project timelines Lead enhancement projects, module rollouts, and system expansion initiatives Manage cross‑functional project teams to deliver on time and on budget Develop user training programs and drive change management initiatives Requirements 7+ years of NetSuite experience, including administration and development oversight in 4+ areas: Financials, Global Business Management, EPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and/or Procurement 3+ years as a NetSuite Manager in a complex environment with 1,000+ employees across multiple locations Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and operational workflows Proven experience leading cross‑functional ERP initiatives in complex IT environments Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and reporting tools preferred Demonstrated project management expertise delivering on time and on budget Excellent communication, presentation skills, and executive presence NetSuite certifications strongly preferred Experience in technology or communications industry preferred Exposure to JD Edwards preferred Experience integrating acquisitions into existing infrastructure Strategic thinker with strong execution and business process optimization mindset Data‑driven decision‑making; ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑system enterprise Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field Legally authorized to work in the USA without current or future sponsorship Local to Dallas, TX or willing to relocate within the USA; hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite) Benefits The company offers a highly competitive compensation package along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, company‑paid life and short- and long‑term disability insurance, and a matching 401(k) plan.
